S.S. [Alt] (2023)

S.S. [Alt] is a three-minute aerial dance solo based on John Trunfio's dance film entitled Slighted Shame. This film centers around the interjection of shame that gay men face throughout their lives. S.S. [Alt] draws upon some of John's own experiences which impacted his relationship to his identity that were not included in the film.
